Poster Presenter Instructions
You must upload a PDF of your poster by August 15, 2012 for inclusion in the SEG conference electronic publication. Please use the FTP information below to upload your PDF. Once this is done, your abstract will be linked to the poster PDF, and a poster number will be assigned for your poster location in Lima. If the PDF is not received by August 15, the poster cannot be presented at the Conference.
In addition, please sign and return the Copyright Release Form, preferably with the PDF of your poster, again by the deadline of August 15, 2012. Only the first author needs to sign the form (electronically if you are including with the poster PDF). Alternatively, you may fax the form to +1 (720) 981-7874.
Poster PDF Specifications
- Dimensions (width x height): 47" (1.2m) x 59" (1.5m) maximum
- PDF file size: 10MB maximum
- Recommended that references and other non-essential material be placed at the bottom of the poster.
- Poster board mounting supplies will be provided.
