Nathan Bridge

CanAlaska Uranium Ltd.

Nathan is an Exploration Geologist with over ten years of experience developing and managing exploration, resource delineation, and geotechnical drill programs for unconformity-associated uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin, Canada. Recently, he has transitioned to a Geoscience role where his focus is on interpretation, mentorship, and working with the project teams to ensure successful exploration driven by strong technical rigor. Nathan holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology, both from the University of Western Ontario, where he studied the genesis of the Lac Cinquante uranium deposit.

Edson Ribeiro

Vale

Edson has more than 30 years of professional experience in the mining industry, specifically within the areas of exploration, mineral processing, project engineering, business development, estimates of mineral resources and economic evaluation of mineral projects - especially iron ore, manganese, copper and nickel. He is currently head of Vale's Exploration and Mineral Projects, and also responsible for coordinating Vale's Global Mineral Resources and Reserves Committee. He graduated with a B.Sc. Degree in Geology at the University of São Paulo in 1987, he obtained his M.Sc. degree in Metalogenesis at the University of Campinas (São Paulo, Brazil) in 1994.

Edson is a professional member of numerous associations, including the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration, and the Brazilian Commission of Resources and Reserves. He is the Brazilian representative at CRIRSCO since December 2015, Secretary of CRIRSCO 2016-2018, and Deputy Chairperson since 2019. Edson was the President of ADIMB between May 2016 and May 2020.

Lucy Hollis

Teck Resources Limited

Lucy is a Senior Geologist with Teck, currently on assignment to the Strategic Planning Group at the Teck Highland Valley Copper (HVC) Mine, near Kamloops, where she has been focused on creating, sustaining, and enhancing value through the embedding of geoscience and geometallurgy across the site. Her work is centered on understanding the asset through Geoscientific characterization and applied Ore Body Knowledge (OBK). She is an economic geologist with experience covering in-mine, near-mine, and greenfields exploration environments. Lucy holds a MSc in Geological Science from the University of British Columbia, as well as a M.Sci degree in Geology from the University of Birmingham. Lucy recently gained P.Geo status in British Columbia, Canada in 2021.

Zack van Coller

Ariana Resources

Zack graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Exploration and Resource Geology in 2010. As leader of the Special Projects Team at Ariana Resources, he is responsible for advancing the company’s project pipeline, in addition to being involved in various exploration programs across Turkey. He was involved in the development of the highly successful lithium strategy pursued by Asgard Metals Pty. Ltd. on behalf of Ariana Resources. He has also been involved in advanced project development of a high-sulfidation Cu-Au deposit in the Republic of North Macedonia. Zack is bilingual in English and Afrikaans. He is a member of the Geological Society of London and the Southampton Mineral and Fossil Society and operates primarily between the UK and Turkey.

Mike Venter

SEG VP of Regional Affairs

Mike graduated with a BSc (Hons) Geology from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in 1993. He has generated over 27 years' experience in the exploration and mining sector globally through holding positions in a junior exploration, mining and consulting capacity. Mike has travelled extensively, working on graphite, Li/ Ta/Nb/Sn/W, REE, U, Ni-Cu-PGE, Sb, diamond, Au and base metal projects throughout Sub Saharan and West Africa, Brazil, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Core competencies include battery/critical metals and completing audit and review of these projects from exploration through to feasibility including compliance with NI 43-101/JORC 2012/SAMREC guidelines. Mike is a Qualified Person and registered Professional with the South African Council for Natural and Scientific Professions (SACNASP), a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), and member of the Geological Society of South Africa (GSSA).
