Geology of the World's Major Gold Deposits and Provinces

The 38 papers in this publication describe 28 currently or soon-to-be-producing gold mines. The focus is primarily on basic geology (structural controls, lithogeochemistry, and mineralogy) of the world's major gold deposits and provinces-an ideal contribution to the 100th anniversary celebrations of SEG by 63 specialists in the field.

Print copies include digital versions of all papers and the appendices on a USB drive.

By: Jeffrey W. Hedenquist

An up-to-date review of the major gold deposits, how they were found, and their geology and ore features, plus associated background papers. Every gold explorer should have a copy. Excellent.
