This two-day course will be held prior to the PDAC 2012 International Convention, Trade Show & Investors Exchange - Mining Investment Show, March 4-7, 2012. Registration is open! All SEG members must fill out this special registration form if they wish to receive the member rate for the Gold in Precambrian Shields Course. Course Description

SEG Session, "Elements Critical to 21st Century Economies". Convenors: Richard Herrington and Lluís Fontboté.

A benchmark symposium in mineral exploration.

Undergraduates, Ph.D. students, and early career scientists are welcome to participate in the conference.

There will be a pre-meeting short course, June 13-15, 2012 and post-meeting field trips to (1) Panzhihua and (2) Jinchuan.
