ReSToRE 3 allows you to join other early career researchers and professionals worldwide to help craft solutions to complex questions about Earth resources, human well-being, equity, justice, and sustainability. The theme for 2024 is Transitions: Society, Wind and Water.

ReSToRE 3 will draw from the social sciences, humanities, and natural and physical sciences to examine how we might transition to a low-carbon society in ways that are socially acceptable, economically affordable, and technically feasible. The summer school is highly interactive and participatory with workshops, lectures, and social events. It is conducted in English.

ReSToRE is run under the patronage of UNESCO and is organized by iCRAG and IUGS.

Also, ReSToRE 3 is seeking financial support to assist in subsidizing fees and travel costs for applicants from developing countries. Please contact restore@icrag-centre.org for more information.
