As a sponsor of SEG 2017, you will be supporting the attendance of outstanding students in the field of economic geology, as well as a strong technical program with prominent keynote speakers. Sponsorship funds are used to provide essential travel grants to students as well as subsidize significant discounts in registration rates for the conference, workshops, and field trips throughout Asia. These funds are also important for covering costs of the SEG Special Publication, Mineral Deposits of China (edited by Zhaoshan Chang and Richard Goldfarb), which will be released in English and Mandarin at the conference and will serve as a benchmark reference work for years to come—some sponsors may choose to specifically support this significant publication and be recognized in the frontispiece.
