Visa Information

Visa Information for International Attendees

If you plan to attend the conference, you may be required to have a visa for travel to the United States. Other international travelers, who meet certain requirements under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), may be eligible to travel without a visa by simply applying for an ESTA (electronic system for travel approval) number.

We advise you to apply as soon as possible—at least four months ahead of travel is suggested to allow ample processing time, but earlier is better.

Do I Require a Visa for Travel to the United States?

To find out, visit the U.S. Deptartment of State website. For more information and to begin the application process for either a visa or an ESTA number, click here. If you have further questions, please contact your local US Embassy or Consulate office.

If you are experiencing significant visa delays, please fill out the visa questionnaire. This will allow the International Visitors Office to bring your case to the attention of the U.S. Department of State.
