Welcome, Conference Speakers!

We look forward to having you present at the SEG 2023 Conference, to be held August 26-29, 2023. This conference will take place in person at the Hilton London Metropole hotel in London, UK.

You should have received an email containing complete instructions on uploading content to your account in the Abstract Manager. If you did not, please email Alice Bouley, SEG Managing Editor.

Key Dates

Registration

Presenting authors must be registered for the conference by June 30, 2023. Presentations without a registered presenter will be removed from the program.

Student Presenters

SEG student member presenters will not be charged a registration fee but must register. They are also eligible for travel grants to help defray the costs of airfare and accommodations. They will be contacted separately with details confirming the amount of their travel grant. Every effort will be made to reserve student accommodation at the hotel.
