SEG conferences rely on the support of volunteers to organize and host the activities during the event. Conferences offer volunteers the opportunity to interact with conference attendees, increase knowledge, and connect with professionals in the industry.
SEG 2023 will offer student volunteers complimentary registration to the conference which includes morning and afternoon breaks, lunches, and evening receptions. Volunteers will be assigned to shifts to support registration, technical sessions, speaker check-in, and other positions as needed. Volunteer shifts will total up to 8 hours in length, between August 25-29, 2023.
Application
Volunteers must be active SEG Student Members. Individuals should be comfortable standing for long periods of time and engaging with attendees. For additional information contact organizer@seg2023.org.
