Required health and safety measures
If you are attending in-person in Whistler, please review the health and safety measures and requirements to ensure a safe and productive conference.
The Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and its partners/suppliers are committed to the safety and well-being of all participants and will be adhering to the BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) and the Government of BC health rules and regulations that are in place at the time of the SEG 100 Conference.

Hotel for registrants
The Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites is the official conference hotel of the SEG 100 Conference. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of discounted rates for Delta Rooms and One Bedroom Suites at the Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites.

These cozy suites feature a queen bed, the convenience of a kitchenette, full bathroom amenities, coffee maker, flat-panel TV and high speed wireless Internet. Maximum occupancy is two people.
One Bedroom Suite - $209
One bedroom suites feature a separate bedroom with a king, queen or two twin beds and TV. The separate living room offers a double pull out sofa bed, balcony, full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, dining area, fireplace, full bathroom, washer/dryer, TV, and high speed wireless Internet. Maximum occupancy is four people.

Deposit policy: Full room and tax deposit is taken at 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival will not be penalized. Reservations cancelled inside 7 days will forfeit full room and tax.
