Description

Starting a career in economic geology and getting your foot in the door can be a daunting task for many students, especially when graduating into a highly competitive job market during a global pandemic. As a result, it is now more important than ever for those seeking to establish a career in the industry to learn how to stand out from the crowd and maximize their relative employability.

Our speaker for this webinar will provide students with timely and relevant career advice for job hunting within the mineral exploration and mining industry, helping them to develop a better understanding of how best to leverage their individual skillsets and experience in the most effective ways possible. The webinar will also touch upon how some of the key global trends are likely to impact the careers of geologists seeking employment in the current market, as well as what might be expected over the coming decade.

This webinar is targeted for both students and early career professionals, but can serve as a useful resource to all professionals within the industry.
